Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point within Malaysia.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
